1. What You’re Paying For

LumiWebs offers custom-built websites created by real human designers using Framer.

Your one-time setup fee of €390 covers the full design of your website, including:

• A custom-designed homepage (and additional pages as agreed)

• Mobile optimization

• Contact form integration

• Custom branding (colors, fonts, etc.)

• Revisions before launch

• A live launch with a simple support guide

Note: In addition to the one-time setup fee, a monthly hosting plan (€15/month) is required to keep your website online. You may also choose one of our support packages (€15, €45, or €85/month) depending on the level of ongoing updates you'd like.

2. Payment & Process

• Full payment is required before your project begins.

• Once payment is received, we’ll match you with one of our vetted designers.

• The website will be delivered in 3–5 business days.

• Revisions can be requested before launch. After launch, changes require a support package (see below).

3. Ongoing Support (Optional)

After launch, clients can choose from one of our support packages:

Basic (€15/month): Hosting + domain (no revisions)
Standard (€45/month): Hosting + domain + 1 revision/month
Pro (€85/month): Hosting + domain + unlimited revisions

These packages are billed monthly in addition to the required hosting plan (€15/month).

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. However, we provide revisions before launch until you are satisfied.

5. Ownership & Access

Once your site is launched, it is fully yours. To publish it live, you'll need a hosting account (€15/month). LumiWebs handles the design, but hosting is billed separately to you.

6. Prohibited Use

We do not accept projects from:

• Businesses that sell or promote alcohol, tobacco, gambling, adult content, or pork-based products.

• Companies that conflict with our halal ethical values.

LumiWebs reserves the right to decline any project request that does not align with our brand standards.

7. Communication & Responsibility

All communication will be handled professionally via chat.

Clients are expected to provide:

• Clear input about their brand, goals, and preferences

• Timely feedback during the design process

LumiWebs is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client response or unclear feedback.

8. Legal

All content, images, and logos you provide must be your own or properly licensed. LumiWebs is not responsible for copyright violations related to client-submitted content.
